#120: meeting tan sri tony fernandes

I had plans to go to KLCC today to attend the HomeDec exhibition.  I decided to drop by Kinokuniya just to check out the Tony Fernandes book signing event as I had seen the poster one day earlier. To my surprise, there was already a long queue 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start.

*Malaysians do read*
*Or they just want to meet Tony Fernandes*

Since it was a once in a lifetime opportunity, I asked my mum if we should buy the book (RM86+ btw) and stand in line. Before she gave an answer, the friendly AirAsia staff told me about some lucky draw and stuff. *free tickets, tempting*

Tony Fernandes is one successful man and I'm sure I could learn a lot from reading his book. Without further hesitation, I purchased the book.

I immediately went to look for my mum who had 'reserved' a spot for me to stand because the queue was building much faster then you can count with your fingers.

I stood in line for about 30 minutes or so before I got to meet Tony face to face. I've met him once before but yeah, he does not remember me of course!

As I was in line by myself, I gave my phone to some guy and he snapped only two photos and this was the best one:

I am half way through his book. I'll save that for another blog post aite?
