#2: back to salad diet


Around this time last year, I kept myself busy with #syafvolution - a fitness "movement" I started to keep myself fit (and maybe shed a few kgs). Earlier this year, I got sick and after the recovery process, I just didn't do much exercise as I had hoped for.

I wanted to start again after my brother's wedding - but that was last month. SO. NOW. After attending the I Eat Nasi Lemak event yesterday, I have decided that it's time. It's time to hit the gym, do some exercises and eat right. So it was salad and cranberry juice for dinner tonight.

Just like this blog, I hope I can keep the momentum going.
