#14: food diary


Remember my post about my food log which I need to pass to my personal trainer? He told me to be as honest as I can. After logging in my food intake from Wednesday (16/11) to Sunday (20/11), I was not proud of myself. *Wanted to cheat here and there... but gosh, I DO EAT A LOT!* *sigh*

Anyway, let me share with you my food diary here *since I think it'd make a good blog post. haha*
