JobStreet.com survey: 78% unhappy with their job [QUICK NOTE]

Welcome to motivationMY's brand new section. Just like its name, this will be a short and snappy post. Most of the posts on this blog are uploaded from my laptop. I can put on the section logo, include pictures, change the font size and highlight the main points. 

But...

I am away from the laptop. Sometimes I have great article ideas but I am not in front of the laptop. I'll write it somewhere but it'll just end somewhere and by the time I login to Blogger, I, would forget about what I was going to write about.

So welcome to "Just a quick note!" where I will be posting directly from my iPad or BlackBerry whenever I need to share anything interest with YOU! This is the section where anything goes, literally. It's gonna be random but I hope it is still gonna be meaningful! 

Ok, first up....

JobStreet.com conducted a survey with 1,145 employees and a whopping 78% said they were not happy with the current job. 

From those that felt this way:

- 34% said it was due to the scope of work
- 21% : relationship with immediate superior and bosses
-17% : salary

The remaining 22% said they were happy. Among the reasons:
- 50% : working experience
- 21% : having bosses showing their appreciate for their work
- 19% : good working relationship with colleagues
