Would you feel digusted? Would you just laugh about it? Would you support it or would you express your anger and disappointment over this "sissy" act?
What if the boy was your son? Would you encourage such act?
Well, guess what one father did? He decided to support his son's choice to wear dresses by wearing a skirt... in public!

Meet Nils Pickert, also known as "the dad who wears a skirt".
His story first appeared in a German magazine EMMA before it was translated to English and went viral on the internet so much so, he received a question like: "Who would be stupid and irresponsible enough to support this kind of conduct?"
To clarify the situation, he wrote a piece for The Huffington Post and let me share with you this paragraph:
Of course, the work of teaching our son how to interact with people -- and how to get along with society and understand its rules and patterns -- is mainly up to his mother and me. But he is my son, not my property. I don't own him. If there is such a thing as owning a human being, he owns me. I made him, I dreamed of him, I longed for him; now he is in my life, and I am responsible for him as long as there is breath in me. So I teach him the rules and what to do with them. Not every rule makes sense.
What do you think? If you have have a son who wants to a dress, would you support it? What about a daughter who just want to wear a shirt and a pair of jeans? Would you support her decision!
