MOTIVATIONMY.COM: How do you define SUCCESS?
TENGKU ZATASHAH: Success to me is when you've attained your goals, objectives or your dreams. It's not about material wealth or possessions, it's about setting your sights on to a certain goal and achieving that.
What keeps you MOTIVATED?
What keeps me motivated is when I have to tackle new challenges, or arise to the occasion that may be beyond my comfort zone. I love the feeling that I'm constantly learning and striving to be better. Also I'm motivated when people come forward and say that I've inspired them - it's great to know that I can make a small change.

What were some of the CHALLENGES that you've faced and how did you overcome them?
One of the challenges I'd faced is proving to others that I do work hard for my success and that nothing was given for free. There is this common misperception that because of my family background, I don't need to work, that everything is just handed to me on a plate. this is so far from the truth. I overcame this challenge by working anonymously and achieved success due to my own merits and not because of my family.
What's your personal MOTTO?
I've always said you have to do what you love, it doesn't matter if people around you don't have faith in you, as long as you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
Your advice for any young Malaysians
My advice to young Malaysians is that you must believe in your dreams and work hard towards it. Nothing in life is handed for free and that only with your conviction and hard work, can you achieve what you dream of. Nothing is impossible. And above all, do not listen the negative people who try to put your idea down - you have to trust your guts.
