I am neither. Funny enough, I was discussing this with my aunt and I have come to realise that I have my strengths that are neither here nor there. Nevertheless, it works for me.

When do you LEAD and when do you FOLLOW? Explain.
Just like above, there should always be a good mix between the two. As the saying goes, "to be a good leader, you should also be a good follower." Though there are some misconceptions to it, the essence is that you should be able to place yourself in both positions to better understand each other.
But who am I kidding, I am born to lead everyone. Now, move over!!!

What's NEXT for you?
I have made so many changes in my life recently. I have moved back to the Philippines after being away for so long. I also plan to continue blogging which I have been lagging with for the past few weeks. And basically just do what I love to do...chase my freedom which funny enough is quite difficult to do. Who would've thought, noh?
I do plan big things for myself...but I hope that doesn't include my waistline.
